Promethean Ltd, was founded in 2021, after the acquisition of WDM Lex Advisory and WDM Trustees. The experience and expertise achieved gear Promethean to position itself at the forefront of Corporate Services Providers in Malta. The knowledge and know-how of our experts ensure that our clients receive solutions which fit their needs.

Tailor-made solutions are specific, pay attention to details, ethical values and regulations to ensure that the clients take full benefit of what Malta has to offer, within a regulatory framework. Our mission is to provide our clients with excellent services that build trustworthy relationships.

Our History

APQ Global Limited, the corporate shareholder of Promethean Advisory and Promethean Trustees is a company incorporated in Guernsey, and is currently in the process of acquiring a diverse range of businesses in the Corporate Services sector to accelerate the Company’s growth trajectory.

Formerly known as WDM Lex Advisory Limited and WDM Trustees Limited, Promethean Advisory and Promethean Trustees, are an excellent strategic fit within the Group, and will assist APQ in meeting its short- and long-term strategic growth objectives.

In January 2018, APQ acquired Palladium Trust Services Limited, a Corporate Services provider based in London. APQ also acquired Parish Group Limited in January 2020, another Corporate Services provider, based in Guernsey.

APQ has rebranded WDM Lex Advisory Limited and WDM Trustees Limited into:

PROMETHEAN Advisory

Previously known as WDM Lex Advisory Limited, Promethean Advisory is used to offer legal advisory services, corporate services, directorship and company secretary services and registered office facilities.

PROMETHEAN Trustees

Previously known as WDM Trustees Limited, Promethean Trustees is licensed by the MFSA to provide all services pertinent to trustees in a trust context and administrators in the context of private foundations.
