Promethean Corporate Services is comprised of Promethean Advisory Limited with Company Registration No: C 33734 is authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to act as a Company Service Provider (Category C) in terms of the Company Services Providers Act. Chapter 529 of the Laws of Malta. Promethean Trustees Limited with Company Registration No: C 51310 is authorised to act as a Trustee, act as an Administrator and provide Fiduciary Services in terms of the Trusts and Trustees Act. Chapter 331 of the Laws of Malta.

Promethean Corporate Services was founded in 2021, after the acquisition of WDM Lex Advisory Ltd. and WDM Trustees Ltd. The experience and expertise achieved gear Promethean Corporate Services to position itself at the forefront of Corporate Services Providers in Malta. The knowledge and know-how of our experts ensure that our clients receive solutions which fit their needs.

Our History

APQ Global Limited, the corporate shareholder of Promethean Trustees Limited who in turn is the corporate shareholder of Promethean Advisory Limited is a company incorporated in Guernsey and is currently in the process of acquiring a diverse range of businesses in the Corporate Services sector to accelerate its growth trajectory. APQ Global Limited is listed on The International Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on the London AIM Exchange.

Formerly known as WDM Lex Advisory Ltd. and WDM Trustees Ltd., Promethean Advisory Limited and Promethean Trustees Limited, are an excellent strategic fit within Promethean Corporate Services, and assist APQ Global Limited in meeting its short- and long-term strategic growth objectives.

In January 2018, APQ Global Limited acquired Palladium Trust Services Limited, a Corporate Services provider based in London. APQ Global Limited also acquired Parish Group Limited in January 2020, another Corporate Services provider, based in Guernsey.

Previously known as WDM Lex Advisory Ltd., Promethean Advisory Limited offers legal advisory services, corporate services, directorship and company secretary services and registered office facilities. Promethean Corporate Services is a full-service legal and tax firm that offers cross-border solutions. Promethean Advisory Limited is authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”). It operates as a Company Service Provider, specifically under Category C, which allows the firm to offer a range of corporate services. This authorization is governed by the Company Services Providers Act, established under Chapter 529 of the Laws of Malta. As a regulated entity, Promethean Advisory is committed to maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism in its services.

Promethean Trustees Limited

Previously known as WDM Trustees Ltd., Promethean Trustees Limited is licensed by the MFSA to provide all services pertinent to trustees in a trust context and administrators in the context of foundations and associations. Promethean Trustees Limited is a licensed organization with the authority to function as a Trustee and Administrator. It specializes in delivering comprehensive Fiduciary Services in accordance with the Trusts and Trustees Act, Chapter 331 of the Laws of Malta. Promethean Trustees Limited’s commitment is to uphold the highest standards of trust management and administration, ensuring that all fiduciary responsibilities are met with integrity and professionalism.
