Jonathan De Giovanni is an international tax advisor serving as Managing Director and CEO, where he leads regulatory management, strategy, and business development. As an international tax advisor, he has advised corporations on international tax and financial services legislation, as well as high net worth individuals using Malta for wealth preservation, citizenship, and residence planning.

He has lectured the Advanced Taxation Module for ACCA students and currently teaches Asset Finance at the University of Malta. His professional affiliations include past membership on the Tax and Unregulated Business Sub Committee of the IFSP, membership in the International Fiscal Association, and Fellowship of the Investment Migration Council. He also served on the council of the Malta Institute of Taxation from 2012 to 2016.

Approved by the MFSA to act as Director, Compliance Officer, and Money Laundering Reporting Officer for licensed entities, Dr. De Giovanni has strong experience across regulated sectors. He graduated as a Doctor of Laws in 2009 and was admitted to the Bar in 2010. He also earned a Master of Arts in Financial Services from the University of Malta, graduating magna cum laude, and holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation in London.
