Promethean was built to make that complexity manageable, without losing the judgement that genuinely complex situations need.
We are a full-service legal, tax, and advisory firm based in Malta, offering Malta corporate services alongside tax, mergers & acquisitions, trusts, funds & foundations, residence & relocation, and regulated industry solutions, including financial services, gaming, aviation, shipping, and filming. - Promethean Trustees Limited (Company Registration No. C 51310), authorised under the Trusts and Trustees Act, Chapter 331 of the Laws of Malta to provide Trustee, Administration, and Fiduciary Services.
Our roots in Malta go back to 2004. The firm operated for years as WDM Lex Advisory Ltd. and WDM Trustees Ltd. before being acquired by APQ Global and rebranded as Promethean in 2021, bringing two decades of Maltese practice together with a broader international network and a sharper focus on the sectors where Malta has become genuinely competitive.

APQ Global Limited is actively expanding its presence within the Corporate Services Sector through the acquisition of a diverse range of businesses to accelerate its growth strategy.
Listed on The International Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on the London AIM Exchange, APQ Global Limited is focused on building a strong portfolio of companies within the Corporate Services Sector, strengthening its market position and supporting long-term growth.
The firm’s roots in Malta trace back to 2004, prior to its rebranding as Promethean in 2021.
